Job Description
Brainlabs is seeking a Senior Manager, Affiliates to deliver best-in-class work for clients. The Senior Manager will apply their Affiliates knowledge and experience to positively impact client deliverables and the wider team. They will help define campaign delivery plans, objectives, and optimization strategies. The Senior Manager will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients, applying a test and learn approach, and share successes across the practice by improving guidelines, playbooks, and processes, including opportunities to automate work.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
- Defining campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
- Effectively tracking and optimizing campaigns.
- Serving as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
- Developing and implementing guidelines and processes, contributing to ideas around automation or process improvement.
- Contributing to developing a best-practice roadmap for the Affiliates offering.
- Mentoring others across the practice, helping to grow capability and knowledge.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of experience with a strong Affiliates delivery track record.
- Passion for the craft.
- Demonstrable success in optimizing Affiliates campaigns and work through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
- Good understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
- Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical, and process-oriented.
