Job Description
CarOnSale is seeking a Country Operations Manager for Italy & Spain to join their Berlin team. This role involves overseeing vehicle processing on the platform, identifying process optimization opportunities, and developing solutions to enhance customer experience. The Country Operations Manager will also manage stand fees, reminders, and transport bookings, coordinate self-collection reminders, and serve as the primary contact for document dispatch issues.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee vehicle processing on the platform
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop solutions to enhance customer experience
- Manage stand fees, reminders, and transport bookings
- Coordinate and send reminders for self-collection
- Act as the primary contact for issues related to document dispatch
Requirements:
- Experience in processing in the automotive industry (e.g., car dealership or auction platform)
- Independent, entrepreneurial, problem-solving oriented, and data-driven
- Strong social and empathetic thinking and excellent communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshdesk)
- Business Fluent to Native Level (C1 or C2) in Italian and Spanish and proficiency in English (German is a plus)
