CarOnSale is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Salesforce engineering team in Munich, Germany. The Engineering Manager will provide leadership and mentorship, foster a collaborative and innovative culture, and drive the expansion and optimization of the Salesforce environment. CarOnSale is a tech company that aims to enable smooth digital processes in the automotive trade across Europe.Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce engineers.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier talent.
• Drive the expansion and optimization of the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute Salesforce strategies.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Significant experience in Salesforce engineering management.
• Proven technical background in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
