Nozomi Networks, a leader in OT and IoT cybersecurity, is seeking a Head of Revenue Marketing to lead and integrate end-to-end demand and pipeline generation efforts. This role is responsible for accelerating a high-performance, metrics-driven function that delivers consistent pipeline growth, shortens sales cycles, and supports revenue acceleration across the enterprise customer base globally.
Responsibilities: - Owns the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing-sourced pipeline generation efforts globally.
- Leads and mentors a diverse, global and multi-functional marketing team.
- Develops and scales integrated marketing programs across digital and physical channels.
- Partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Regional Leaders to align revenue marketing.
- Streamlines funnel workflows and drives operational rigor across campaign planning.
- Oversees marketing technology stack, data hygiene, and reporting infrastructure.
- Builds and optimizes programs across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other key markets.
- Manages budgets and forecast pipeline contribution with precision and accountability.
- Attracts, retains, and develops top talent within the team.
Requirements: - 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5+ years in a senior global revenue marketing or demand generation leadership role.
- Proven success leading and integrating demand generation, field marketing, marketing ops, and SDR/BDR teams.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing pipeline goals, lead funnels, attribution models, and marketing performance metrics.
- Experience building global programs that scale across regions, channels, and personas.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Cybersecurity and/or OT/IoT industry experience strongly preferred.
