Job Description

iFood is seeking an Analista de Operações Pleno to join their team. iFood is a Brazilian technology company and a reference in Latin America, connecting thousands of restaurants to millions of consumers daily. The company averages 100 million orders monthly and offers delivery of food, Mercado, Farmácia, and Pet products. It also has iFood Pago, its Fintech, which includes iFood Benefícios, iFood's food and meal voucher, and iFood Pago, the restaurant's bank.

The role involves:

• Assisting in analyses to identify growth opportunities with strategic partners.
• Supporting and monitoring order disruptions, identifying causes, and proposing solutions.
• Monitoring strategic KPIs, including the availability of key and critical items and partner integration.
• Contributing to GMV growth through product availability and effective strategies.
• Collaborating with different areas, such as commercial and operations, to achieve significant results.

Requirements:
