UX Researcher

Job Description

SoundCloud is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team in Berlin. The UX Researcher will be responsible for planning, conducting, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations. They will work closely with product designers, engineers, and product managers to provide actionable insights that influence the design and development of SoundCloud's product.

• Plan and execute user research
• Analyze and interpret data
• Translate research insights into improvements
• Advocate for user needs
• Synthesize research findings
• Stay up-to-date with industry practices

• 2-3 years of experience in UX research
• Strong understanding of design & UX principles
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with research techniques
• Ability to analyze complex data sets
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
• A degree in a relevant field
