Kulfi Collective is seeking a Talent & Community Management Intern to join their team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a people person with an eye for spreadsheets and a passion for talent acquisition and community building. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR and talent management within a dynamic media network.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize talent databases.
• Support talent mapping and tracking for full-time and freelance roles.
• Assist with entry-level hiring across departments.
• Research associate/intern programs, campus partnerships, and industry masterclasses.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management.
• Connect with HR professionals, colleges, and creative collectives.

Requirements:

• Student or recent graduate with an interest in HR, talent, and people operations.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the media space is a plus.

Kulfi Collective Offers:
