NPD Associate (Skincare & Supplements)

Job Description

Beauty Pie is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic NPD Associate to join their Skincare & Supplements Team in London. This role is pivotal in managing new product development tasks and ensuring successful product launches.Beauty Pie is world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club. Company gives access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc.Responsibilities:

• Managing own projects within established project management processes.
• Developing new product concepts, formulas, and packaging.
• Preparing business cases for tracking through the commercial stage gate process.
• Conducting competitor analysis and trend reports.
• Driving critical paths with stakeholders to meet launch deadlines.
• Managing and tracking sample submissions.
• Preparing copy and artwork briefs.
• Building and maintaining relationships with third-party stakeholders.
• Preparing concept presentations and training sheets.
• Managing, filing, and storing samples and production standards.

Requirements:

• Experience within a beauty brand or FMCG business, ideally with skincare and/or supplements.
• Good understanding of the product development cycle.
• Experience managing projects from start to completion.
• Highly supportive, hands-on, and flexible.
• Extremely organized with attention to detail.
• Effective prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Proactive self-starter.
