Middle Payroll Accountant

Job Description

GR8 Tech is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across multiple countries. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with deadlines, accuracy of payroll calculations, and smooth communication between departments. GR8 Tech is a global product company that provides innovative, scalable platforms and business solutions for the iGaming industry.Role involves:

• Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
• Keeping payroll accounting records in 1C, MS Business Central and 1C monthly reconciliation.
• Providing accurate payroll data for financial reporting purposes.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Accounting and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
• Familiarity with payroll objectives and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyse payroll data and trends.
• Knowledge of internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Up-to-date understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to payroll.
• Experience in managing payroll audits or general financial audits.
• Capacity to identify and resolve complex payroll issues.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems, proficiency in payroll modules of ERP systems.
• English intermediate or higher.
