Job Description
Taco Bell is seeking an Associate Manager, Pricing Strategy & Insights to contribute to the strategy, insights, and analytics of the Taco Bell Pricing Strategy team. The role supports key decisions through a data-driven approach and drives impact across the business by identifying actionable pricing insights to support Taco Bell’s growth goals across its U.S. stores.

This role involves crafting pricing strategies, informing menu strategy, identifying testing opportunities, responding to ad hoc requests, and tracking competitive and macro developments.

The Role Involves:
  • Leading pricing analytics and developing insights.
  • Project-managing the execution of pricing actions.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of pricing actions.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to make pricing recommendations.
  • Conducting industry, competitive, and customer research.
  • Maintaining and developing Power BI dashboards and reporting.
  • Championing the data-driven evolution of Taco Bell’s pricing strategy.


Requirements:
  • BA required; analytical or business degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of pricing strategy or equivalent experience.
  • Superb analytical skills with demonstrated success analyzing large data sets.
  • Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and proactive mindset.
  • Proven experience using data to tell compelling stories.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL and PowerBI a plus.
