Job Description
Yalo is seeking a Sales Enablement Efficiency Intern to support its global sales enablement initiatives across SSLA and BR. The intern will contribute to the creation, optimization, and organization of content and training materials, utilizing AI tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance sales efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring sales teams have the appropriate content in the right format and at the right time, enabling them to sell more effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Use AI tools to create and scale enablement content.
- Design and update training materials, including live training slides, learning videos, and internal documentation.
- Optimize enablement processes by researching and testing new tools and methods.
- Manage content within the internal LMS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales teams receive the appropriate materials when needed.
- Track and report enablement impact, generating insights to improve future initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 12–24 months to graduation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with AI tools and content creation/editing platforms.
- Aesthetic and creative sense to produce engaging content.
- Project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
