Job Description

ATS Mexico is looking for a Maintenance Technician III with experience in building maintenance. The technician will be responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems, water pumps, and air compressors. They will also be involved in maintenance of electrical substations and emergency generators, as well as minor repairs such as lamp installation, painting, and general building maintenance.- Corrective and preventive maintenance to air conditioning and refrigeration systems (chillers, cooling towers)
- Maintenance of water pumps and air compressors
- Involvement in maintenance of electrical substations and low voltage emergency generators
- Minor repairs such as lamp installation, painting, and other general building maintenance
- Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields
- 3 years of experience in building maintenance
