Role involves: - Managing the Site Safety Program.
- Conducting team meetings and performance evaluations.
- Managing financial performance of assigned sites.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping.
- Identifying business growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining site contracts and performance measurements.
- Managing customer inventory and controlling budget inventory levels.
- Supervising employees and carrying out supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Ten (10) years of management experience in the industrial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage people and customer relations.
- Previous financial experience including, profit and loss and budget management.
- Previous experience in continuous improvement methodology and leadership of teams.
- Knowledge of ATS' financial and operations software (ASTEA) preferred.
- Customer relationship building experience including presentation skills and meeting coordination.
