Manufacturing Maintenance Manager

• Managing the Site Safety Program.
• Conducting team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Managing financial performance of assigned sites.
• Ensuring proper housekeeping.
• Identifying business growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining site contracts and performance measurements.
• Managing customer inventory and controlling budget inventory levels.
• Supervising employees and carrying out supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Ten (10) years of management experience in the industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage people and customer relations.
• Previous financial experience including, profit and loss and budget management.
• Previous experience in continuous improvement methodology and leadership of teams.
• Knowledge of ATS' financial and operations software (ASTEA) preferred.
• Customer relationship building experience including presentation skills and meeting coordination.
