The ideal candidate will be a welcoming and kindhearted individual with a passion for sleep and creating comfortable homes. • Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Act as a Brooklinen brand ambassador.
• Engage with loyal customers and form new relationships.
• Educate customers on products, brand history, and value proposition.
• Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Support the planning and execution of in-store events.

The requirements are:

• 0-3 years of experience in a retail or service-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong judgment and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Passionate, inclusive, and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
