Job Description
The company is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and manage training programs for employees within the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong instructional design background and experience with the Alchemy Learning Management System.

Role involves:
  • Developing and implementing training programs covering food safety, hygiene, quality control, and operational production.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify training needs.
  • Writing technical documents (SOPs/WI) and updating them as needed.
  • Participating in manufacturing activities to understand processes.
  • Translating technical information into clear documentation.
  • Managing the Alchemy Learning Management System.
  • Conducting training sessions and assessing production team members.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the food industry.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and training operational processes.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and seek solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
  • Experience with the Alchemy Learning Management System.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
