Job Description

Domo is seeking a Manager, Engineering to lead an engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, team leadership, and project management. This role involves guiding and growing engineering teams, delivering complex software systems, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in software development.
  • 2–4 years in a managerial role leading and growing engineering teams while delivering complex software systems.
  • Proficiency in planning, building, testing, and maintaining complex software applications.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following languages/frameworks: JAVA, React, Golang etc.
  • Experience with databases such as RDBMS.
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud Platform.
  • Strong ownership mentality and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication with cross-functional leaders to drive collaborative problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience in onboarding, mentoring, and coaching new team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile product development environment.
