Job Description

Sotheby's is seeking a VP of Europe and Middle East Salon Operations to lead the development and execution of its omnichannel retail strategy. This role involves overseeing salon experience, staff, and operations across locations in London, Paris, Zurich, and potential future sites. The VP will collaborate with various teams to enhance the client journey and drive business growth.Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating retail teams to create a client-centric culture.
• Defining and improving retail operations and technology.
• Collaborating with global teams to enhance salon merchandise visibility.
• Standardizing operational processes and improving business results.
• Enabling seamless pre- and post-sale logistics.
• Using data to inform decisions and drive performance marketing initiatives.
• Developing community and vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree (MBA desired).
• 10+ years of experience in luxury and/or omnichannel retail.
• A proven track record in driving scalable change.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
