Supply Chain Intelligence Analyst (A1/A2)

Job Description

Ocado Technology is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Supply Chain team. This role is crucial for data-driven decision-making, involving the development and improvement of tools and reports. The Data Analyst will ensure products meet stakeholder needs, maintain accuracy, and facilitate workflow efficiencies.

The Data Analyst will work closely with various teams, including Demand Planners, Supply Planners, Logistics, Sales and Operations Planning, and other teams in Technology Operations and Ocado Technology.

Role involves:

• Providing analytical support through daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting.
• Delivering clear, actionable insights to Supply Chain teams and senior leadership.
• Coordinating root cause analysis.
• Maintaining and enhancing tools and services.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of data within Supply Chain.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Data Visualisation Tools (Looker Studio preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Microsoft Office acceptable).
• Strong communication skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• Curiosity and critical thinking.
