Isaac, a leading financial solutions platform for schools, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team. This is a temporary, 3-month position based in São Paulo. The company empowers educational institutions by offering guaranteed revenue and providing flexible payment options for families. Isaac aims to simplify financial management, allowing schools to focus on their educational mission.

The Operations Analyst will be the primary point of contact between Isaac and its partner schools. He will ensure schools are fully trained on Isaac's matriculation process through online training. He will manage the preparation process for schools, ensuring SLAs are met. He will ensure schools have an incredible experience with Isaac. He will identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Role Involves:

  • Serving as the main point of contact between Isaac and partner schools.
  • Providing comprehensive training to schools on Isaac's matriculation process via online sessions.
  • Managing the entire process of preparing schools for matriculation operations, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Ensuring schools have an exceptional and delightful experience with Isaac.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Completed higher education.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Good organizational skills and autonomy in activities.
  • Ability to work well in a team, collaboratively, frankly, and transparently.
  • Sense of urgency to prioritize activities.
  • Ability to work with multiple activities in parallel.
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
