isaac, a leading financial solutions platform for schools, is seeking a Junior Service Analyst to join their team. This is a temporary, fully remote position for three months. The analyst will focus on providing support to financial managers, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

Role involves:
- Establishing strong relationships with clients.
- Ensuring quality service within agreed SLAs.
- Taking ownership of issues and resolving them urgently.
- Mapping feedback during interactions.
- Recording calls and understanding data importance.
- Empowering clients and proactively addressing their needs.
Requirements:
- Clear and objective communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on approach.
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities.
- Experience in customer service (CX/CS).
- Experience with metrics (TEI, CSAT).
- Negotiation and value recovery skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
