Job Description
Roadie, a UPS company, is seeking a Customer Operations Partner to build and nurture relationships with key customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance customer support skills and gain business and operational exposure. The Customer Operations Partner will serve as the main point of contact for high-value senders and oversee the day-to-day activities for strategic accounts. They will also develop analytical skills.

What this role involves:
  • Managing projects and implementations for strategic Roadie partners.
  • Overseeing day-to-day deliverables for assigned accounts, including compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Promoting retention and overall customer success through high-quality service.
  • Building strong working relationships with account stakeholders.
  • Creating and running reports on assigned accounts, analyzing results, and sharing findings.
  • Prioritizing and escalating issues and trends in collaboration with various departments.
  • Developing an expertise in Roadie’s systems and resources.

What you need:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with customer account tools (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain sustained relationships with corporate, enterprise, and SMB customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation and ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office products.
