Infrastructure Security Engineer

Job Description

Together AI is seeking an Infrastructure Security Engineer to enhance the security of its globally distributed systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams, develop internal security tools, and improve the detection of potential security events. This role involves protecting the company's global infrastructure from various threats and remediating vulnerabilities in engineering systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with engineering and infrastructure teams to enhance system security.
• Developing and implementing internal security tools.
• Gathering system telemetry to improve security event detection.
• Protecting global infrastructure from a wide range of threats.
• Identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in engineering systems.
• Using AI-driven models to improve security detection and response.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of experience in public cloud or data center infrastructure.
• Proven experience in systems and cloud-native software engineering.
• Proficiency in Linux configuration, security, and administration.
• Experience deploying and utilizing security telemetry services (e.g., OSQuery, Falco).
• Expertise in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and/or Salt.
• Experience with authenticated vulnerability scanning of distributed systems.
