Senior Technical Product Manager, Platform

Job Description

Ava Labs, a company focused on Web3 solutions and innovations on Avalanche, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager. This role involves creating and managing the engineering roadmap, defining features, and prioritizing tasks. The Senior Technical Product Manager will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers to drive and monitor feature status and releases. This role requires influencing internal and external partner teams and aligning product roadmaps with the business strategy.Role involves:

• Defining and owning the platform product roadmap.
• Defining the product process for feature requirements gathering.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for product roadmaps.
• Communicating product specifications.
• Developing community outreach strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years in product management and/or software development.
• 2+ years of experience with blockchain/Web 3.0 technologies and tooling.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to articulate Product goals.
• Effective prioritization skills.
• Proactive researcher of latest developments and product trends in the blockchain space.
