Job Description
Ava Labs, a company focused on Web3 solutions, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join their Core/Consumer Product team. This role involves working closely with engineering, product design, and marketing to enhance product features and support Ava Labs' vision. The ideal candidate will manage the strategy of Core to drive adoption of new and existing users, Avalanche, and the broader ecosystem. They will also drive product development from conception to launch, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage concurrent projects. The role also includes overseeing bug resolution and ensuring delivery against key milestones and KPIs.
What this role involves:
- Managing the strategy of Core to drive adoption of new and existing users.
- Driving product development from conception to launch.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product teams.
- Managing concurrent projects across multiple work streams.
- Overseeing cataloging and resolution of reported bugs and required maintenance.
- Ensuring delivery is progressing against key milestones and KPIs.
Requirements:
- A deep understanding and passion for crypto.
- 3+ years of technical product management experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience building software products.
- A growth mindset.
