Imagen is seeking a Strategic Finance Sr. Associate to join their Commercial Partnerships team. This role is crucial in driving customer engagements and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced health-tech startup. The Strategic Finance Sr. Associate will report to the Director of Strategic Finance and will work remotely.Imagen's mission is to ensure every patient receives the right diagnosis at the right time. The company operates at the forefront of healthcare, equipping clinics with in-house staff, equipment, and AI-powered specialists. Imagen's platform includes six FDA-cleared AI devices capable of detecting over 120 pathologies. By leveraging this technology, Imagen empowers its customers to achieve healthcare's quadruple aim: improving quality, reducing costs, and enhancing both the patient and provider experience.Responsibilities:

• Partnering with the Commercial Organization to develop financial and operational models and presentations that illustrate Imagen’s value proposition
• Presenting financial models to prospective customers during sales meetings, fielding questions from prospects, and demonstrating Imagen's financial acumen externally to various stakeholders
• Working cross-functionally with Client Success & Customer Delivery to measure results, refine modeling, and support case study creation
• Analyzing prospective customers’ profitability and conducting in-depth strategic assessments, identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks to inform customers’ strategic decisions through Imagen’s value proposition
• Own cost inputs and pricing for customers in support of Imagen’s top- and bottom-line business goals

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in high caliber business environments including investment banking, private equity, consulting, or high-growth startups
• Ideally Healthcare experience, though not explicitly required
• Highly organized and can successfully manage multiple work streams across different functions
• Proactive and self-motivated to solve problems; comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and ambiguity
• Strong quantitative and verbal skills with high attention to detail and low tolerance for failure
• Excellent communicator with the ability to explain your processes, logic, and decisions
• Possess a "no job is too big or too small" mentality in order to support the various needs of the business
