iCapital is seeking a talented and highly motivated professional to join their Direct Fund Solutions team. The role involves project management and strategy leadership, focusing on identifying, validating, implementing, and commercializing iCapital solutions for various products.

The Direct Fund Solutions team connects go-to-market strategy, product functionality, and operations to create solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal stakeholders to drive and execute high impact initiatives.
• Conduct market research on new investment product innovation.
• Partner with Product on roadmap development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to operationalize new initiatives.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials.
• Train and support business development and relationship management teams.
• Work with Corporate Finance team to build pricing models.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product strategy or project management.
• Familiarity with alternative investment products.
• Ability to create and drive implementation of repeatable processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented with project management skills.
• Technical acumen.
• Collaborative in a results-driven environment.
