Job Description
Farther is seeking a Client Operations Analyst to support the operational efficiency of its wealth management processes. The analyst will contribute to a seamless client experience by managing custodial operations and data. This role involves collaborating with client experience, product, and engineering teams to support wealth management solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Custodian Operations: Primary contact for custodian access and provisioning.
- Data Management: Assist in managing and reconciling client account data.
- Relationship Support: Build relationships with internal teams and custodians.
- Technology Utilization: Use proprietary portal, custodian platforms, and wealth management tools.
- Process Support: Identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in financial services operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interest in wealth management and operations
