Bokun, a subsidiary of TripAdvisor Inc., is seeking a Partnership Business Development Manager to join their team in London. This role focuses on driving engagement and growth within Bókun's connectivity partner network. The successful candidate will work to expand the marketplace by onboarding new partners, strategically working to improving the quality of API connections and ensuring partner engagement with a focus on booking growth.
Role involves: - Building relationships with current and prospective connectivity partners.
- Identifying and onboarding new partners in target markets.
- Creating and executing engagement initiatives like webinars.
- Tracking partner performance and implementing health metrics.
- Identifying new tech partners in target markets.
- Conducting regular partner reviews with improvement/growth plans.
Requirements: - At least 5 years of business development experience, preferably in SaaS, partnerships, or travel technology.
- Proven ability to drive growth through partnerships, particularly within marketplaces or platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent execution and organisational skills.
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with near native level business English.
- Other European languages would be a plus.
