Account Executive Sênior - Hunter (Híbrido/SP)

Stone Co. is seeking an Account Executive Sênior - Hunter to join their team in São Paulo. Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on the customer. They aim to transform the payments industry, serving Brazilian entrepreneurs and turning their dreams into results. Stone is the largest independent payment company in Brazil.

The Account Executive will impact the company's results and expansion by strengthening brand positioning and building lasting customer relationships. This role involves passive prospecting, negotiation, and sales funnel completion, converting leads qualified by the SDR team, and actively prospecting for new clients, negotiating, and closing commercial proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Mapping e-commerce businesses compatible with Pagar.me products and features.
• Prospecting e-commerce businesses and generating interest in the product.
• Diagnosing problems/opportunities in the client's operation and connecting solutions with Pagar.me features.
• Negotiating and selling products consultatively, building and delivering the best possible solution.
• Onboarding clients into the system.
• Managing and monitoring clients throughout the sales process until proposal closure.
• Managing the client portfolio to identify service improvements, strengthen relationships, and identify sales opportunities.
• Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in the commercial area and with Inside Sales.
• Experience with active prospecting and ability to generate adherent opportunities.
• Knowledge and application of sales techniques (e.g., Spin Selling).
• Results-oriented and focused on closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage routine, activities, goals, and results.
• Proactive in learning and continuously improving.
• Resilient in achieving goals and solving problems.
• Intermediate English.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
