Job Description
Lush North America is seeking a Manager in Training for their Burlington, Massachusetts location. This role is designed to develop future store leaders within the company. The Manager in Training will support the Store Manager in various business areas, ensuring a strong customer experience, staff experience, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with the team to exceed daily sales goals and provide an inclusive customer experience.
  • Educating customers and staff on brand values and ethical initiatives.
  • Increasing product knowledge and providing informed recommendations.
  • Demonstrating business acumen and understanding of metrics and budgets.
  • Supporting the team on the sales floor and motivating them to meet sales goals.
  • Contributing to staff development through coaching and leading by example.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Supporting inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Ensuring proper scheduling and timekeeping practices.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of managing or supervising in a retail environment.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service, supervisory, and sales skills.
  • Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
