Trailer Park Group is seeking an AV Workflow Manager to lead diverse scaled video projects for global clients. The role involves adapting and localizing marketing assets for global distribution, requiring a technically savvy post-production professional with a strong background in editorial workflows, template creation, and team management. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader with experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environments.Responsibilities include maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting scalable systems and templates to ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality content delivery across platforms and regions. The candidate should be a calm, thoughtful leader with sound judgment and a bias towards action.
  • Leading a team of operators, providing day-to-day management, constructive feedback, training, and quality control oversight.
  • Building and managing dynamic templates and toolkits for Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Implementing and optimizing scalable post-production workflows for AV content.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to assets, templates, or software.
  • Collaborating with clients to align on branding guideline updates and language-specific requirements.
  • 5–7+ years of offline editing and motion graphics experience.
  • 3+ years managing or supervising post-production teams.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of post-production pipelines, codecs, and file formats.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Hindi preferred.
