Job Description
SurveyMonkey is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to design, implement, and optimize enablement programs that drive revenue growth and enhance team performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enablement or sales, coupled with program management skills and a passion for empowering sales and customer success teams.She will be responsible for:
  • Designing and implementing scalable enablement programs aligned with company goals.
  • Tracking and measuring the impact of enablement programs on key metrics.
  • Developing tools, resources, and playbooks to support sales and CS team effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • 2+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or a related field.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like Highspot, Seismic, Canva, Camtasia, Litmos, Workramp, Gong.io, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler and MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
