This role involves strategic partnership and people operations enablement, working with business leaders to shape culture and drive people decisions.Role responsibilities include:
- Coaching leaders for impact and building leadership capability.
- Resolving complex employee issues and providing guidance on HR matters.
- Using data to influence people strategies and improve people systems.
- Delivering key people programs and ensuring consistency and impact.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years in a strategic HR Manager or People Business Partner role.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
- Experience managing direct reports and supporting people leaders.
- Proficiency in tracking and interpreting people metrics.
- Excellent project management skills.
