Job Description
PlayStation is seeking a Senior Director, People Technology Services to evolve the employee experience and drive business outcomes globally. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and creative leader who can shape the future of PlayStation's systems, embodying the SIE culture and ensuring a best-in-class employee experience. This role involves driving digital transformation and creating efficiencies for supporting teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with People & Places leadership and IT leadership to develop the HR Technology strategy.
  • Coach the PTS team to build a productive team, mentoring and developing talent.
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to P&P Leadership and other business partners.
  • Ensure People systems and processes align with regulatory standards.
  • Drive process improvement using HR and IT technology solutions like AI and automation.
  • Build and evolve the systems landscape, including Core HR, Goals, Performance, and Recruiting.
  • Ensure systems projects meet target dates and operational metrics.
  • Coordinate technology implementation efforts with SIE IT teams and partners.
  • Lead maintenance and accuracy of employee data for analysis and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of cross-functional technology leadership experience.
  • 10+ years of HR Technology management experience.
  • Experience in tech and business capability delivery with end-to-end ownership.
  • Experience in fiscal year portfolio planning and creating business cases for technology investments.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying design thinking and systems thinking.
  • Technology thought leadership in the latest market advances.
  • Experience delivering global platforms tailored for local markets.
  • Strong collaboration management across a complex matrix.
  • Prior hands-on experience in People Technology such as Workday desirable.
