Bloomreach is seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team and contribute to building a world-class finance organization. The Finance Manager will work with key leadership team members and stakeholders throughout the company on enterprise-wide planning. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to provide financial leadership in resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.What this role involves:
Leading the monthly financial reporting process.
Leading the revenue planning and forecasting process.
Overseeing the development and maintenance of financial models.
Building and maintaining reports within Adaptive Insights.
Creating and delivering presentations to C-level executives.
Conducting monthly variance analysis.
Managing company-wide headcount planning.
Partnering with key stakeholders across the G&A org.
Tracking key operating and financial metrics.
Analyzing the effectiveness of resource investments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Outstanding financial modeling and excel skills.
Experience with NetSuite preferred.
Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
