Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Finance Business Intelligence Manager to lead its finance reporting and data analytics efforts. The individual will be part of the Finance Systems and Transformation team, partnering with stakeholders across finance, IT, Data Engineering, and Sales Operations. He/She will drive analytics, automation, and reporting, including building Grafana dashboards.Role involves:
  • Designing and implementing BI solutions.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
  • Improving the maturity of the Data Analytics function.
  • Extracting, transforming, and analyzing data.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Driving continuous process improvement.
  • Developing documentation and training materials.
  • Participating in the design, development, and implementation of best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
  • Proficient in SQL/MySQL and data management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Experience with data visualization techniques and dashboard development.
  • Expertise in working with various types of data.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
