Senior Director, Business Value Consulting - APJ

Job Description

Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Senior Director of Business Value Consulting for the APJ region. This role involves building and leading a team to deliver impactful customer engagements, guiding leadership in understanding the value of Zscaler's solutions, and developing customized financial models. The Senior Director will collaborate with sales leaders, facilitate executive workshops, and enhance Zscaler's value messaging.Role involves:

• Building, scaling, and motivating the APJ Business Value Consulting team
• Guiding leadership teams in evaluating the business value of Zscaler’s solutions
• Developing customized frameworks and financial models
• Collaborating with APJ sales leaders and facilitating executive workshops
• Refining and enhancing Zscaler’s value messaging

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Over 10 years of experience in business value consulting, management consulting, or value engineering within SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud industries
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and ROI/TCO analyses
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional Asian languages a plus)
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across the APJ region
