Halcyon, a company specializing in adaptive security platforms, is seeking a data-driven and creative Campaign Manager. This role is pivotal in connecting the company's go-to-market strategy with measurable results across the buyer's journey. The Campaign Manager will collaborate with content, product marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences, meet pipeline goals, and align with sales priorities.Role involves:

• Developing and managing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborating with product marketing and sales to align campaign strategy with business priorities and key personas.
• Coordinating cross-functional resources to bring campaigns to life.
• Managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Partnering with the BDR team to ensure they have the assets needed for following up with leads.
• Continuously testing and optimizing messaging, creative, and channels.
• Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance.
• Partnering with sales to develop supporting materials.
• Working closely with digital, events, and content teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in demand generation for B2B SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in performance measurement and reporting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience working with sales to align marketing goals.
• Detail-focused, self-starter with strong project management skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker with excellent written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly collaborative, energetic, and a proactive team player.
• Focused on marketing metrics and continuous learning/improvement.
