Senior Director, Demand Gen

Job Description

Halcyon is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead global demand generation activities. This role is crucial for driving qualified pipeline and bookings growth across various market segments and geographies. The Senior Director will lead a team to design, deliver, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.Halcyon was formed in 2021 by a team of cyber industry veterans from companies like Cylance, Accuvant, Fireye and ISS X-Force. Halcyon is focused on building products and solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers.Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global demand generation strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of demand marketers.
• Oversee integrated, multi-channel campaign planning and execution.
• Build and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
• Drive strategy and execution for paid digital acquisition.
• Own pipeline KPIs and attribution reporting.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in B2B marketing, with 5+ years in demand generation.
• Experience with B2B enterprise software (cybersecurity preferred).
• Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering results.
• Deep knowledge of the B2B buyer journey and complex sales cycles.
• Proficiency with marketing and sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
