Staff Frontend Engineer - React/React Native

Job Description

Cleo, a fast-growing fintech unicorn, is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will contribute to Cleo's mission of improving financial health for users worldwide. This role involves working within a cross-functional pillar of engineers, designers, and data analysts to develop new features and optimize the user experience.

The Staff Frontend Engineer will collaborate with senior peers, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the technical strategy of the company. They will primarily work on Cleo's React Native application, using A/B tests and data analysis to iterate quickly and improve the user experience.

Role involves:

• Developing features to improve users’ financial health
• Collaborating with senior peers to provide technical insight
• Mentoring colleagues and supporting their development
• Building amazing experiences for users using React Native
• Using AB tests and feature flags to iterate quickly
• Participating in product ideation, user research, and design reviews

Requirements:

• 5+ years industry experience of using React or React Native
• Passion for improving financial health of users worldwide
