Job Description

A portfolio company is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support its sales operations strategies. The company is a next-generation supply chain platform redefining how one of the world’s largest industries sources, distributes, and finances materials. The Salesforce Administrator will focus on administering and optimising Salesforce workflows, ensuring seamless system enhancements and automation, and contributing to various projects.

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into Salesforce implementations.
  • Administering and configuring Salesforce, ensuring seamless workflows, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Designing, building, and optimising Salesforce Flows to streamline business processes.
  • Implementing and supporting Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions.
  • Providing user training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and utilisation of Salesforce features.
  • Maintaining system integrity and ensuring data consistency across Salesforce applications.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Product Owner, Salesforce Solution Architect, or Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, administration, and configuration.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, including the ability to create/manage flows, automation, and business processes within Salesforce.
  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand operational challenges, and propose system improvements.
  • Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and high-performance environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and familiarity with Apex is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Solution Architect are beneficial.
