Job Description
Teads is seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Zurich to serve as a crucial link between clients and internal teams. This role involves ensuring the smooth setup, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across self-serve and managed service models. The Customer Experience Manager will proactively guide clients through the post-sale journey, enhance campaign success, and drive incremental revenue opportunities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role involves:
  • Acting as the lead point of contact for client communications post-sale.
  • Supporting clients during onboarding to the self-service buying platform (DSP).
  • Leading campaign activation preparation with strategic communication.
  • Setting up and launching campaigns via Teads’ platforms.
  • Monitoring campaign delivery, pacing, and performance, making proactive optimizations.
  • Analyzing performance data to identify trends and present actionable insights.
  • Planning and executing incremental revenue initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Managing post-campaign wrap-ups, including in-depth analysis and report preparation.
  • Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development.
  • Partnering with Sales, Supply, and other internal teams to align client objectives.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Good understanding of the digital media landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in campaign data analysis.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong eye for detail.
  • Experience communicating directly with clients.
  • Comfortable working with ad tech platforms and CRM systems.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must.
