Job Description
Teads is seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Zurich to serve as a crucial link between clients and internal teams. This role involves ensuring the smooth setup, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across self-serve and managed service models. The Customer Experience Manager will proactively guide clients through the post-sale journey, enhance campaign success, and drive incremental revenue opportunities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Role involves:
- Acting as the lead point of contact for client communications post-sale.
- Supporting clients during onboarding to the self-service buying platform (DSP).
- Leading campaign activation preparation with strategic communication.
- Setting up and launching campaigns via Teads’ platforms.
- Monitoring campaign delivery, pacing, and performance, making proactive optimizations.
- Analyzing performance data to identify trends and present actionable insights.
- Planning and executing incremental revenue initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities.
- Managing post-campaign wrap-ups, including in-depth analysis and report preparation.
- Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development.
- Partnering with Sales, Supply, and other internal teams to align client objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising.
- Good understanding of the digital media landscape.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in campaign data analysis.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Experience communicating directly with clients.
- Comfortable working with ad tech platforms and CRM systems.
- Collaborative team player.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must.
