Program Manager - Global Supply

Job Description

Teads, the omnichannel outcomes platform, is seeking a Program Manager to support its global supply team. This role involves driving the scheduling, scoping, and execution of projects, working with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Sales Enablement Teams. The Program Manager will collaborate across functional teams in Israel, Europe, and the United States to ensure timely delivery against the roadmap, identify critical issues, and drive them to resolution.What this role involves:

• Partnering and direct facilitation with teams at all levels.
• Creating and driving the project schedule.
• Collaborating with staff and management of multiple worldwide business units.
• Proactively tracking the status of project activities.
• Proactively managing daily/weekly project communication and status reporting.
• Flexibly working across timezones to help coordinate and follow up on work.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in program/project management with revenue goals.
• Experience with Project Management Methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to make logical decisions.
• Ability to independently drive results in small team environments.
• Self-learning capabilities and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to extrapolate context from complex technical conversations.
