1upHealth is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to play a critical role in scaling the business. The Marketing Campaign Manager will lead the design, execution, and optimization of end-to-end, multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing.
Role involves: - Planning, executing, and optimizing full funnel, multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns.
- Identifying the optimum marketing mix and executing across a broad range of channels.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing to create campaign messaging.
- Developing marketing assets that support campaigns.
- Project managing campaigns end to end.
- Partnering effectively with Sales team members.
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign performance.
- Managing campaign budget.
Requirements: - 3+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience across a range of channels.
- Self-starter with a bias towards action.
- Strong understanding of the buyer's journey.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Super organized with sharp project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in understanding and interpreting data.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Willingness to travel as needed for events (3-5 events per year).
- Candidates based in the Northeast are preferred, and all candidates must be able to work East Coast Time (ET) hours.
