CEO / C-Suite Coach

Job Description

Mento is seeking experienced CEO/C-suite leaders to join their team as coaches. This is a remote, contract position where coaches will partner with members to help them achieve their goals, improve leadership skills, and enhance overall well-being. Mento requires all coaches to participate in their ICF-certified coach training program.Role involves:

• Providing 1:1 coaching to members via virtual sessions.
• Participating in ongoing training to improve coaching skills.
• Communicating with members between sessions.
• Sharing coaching tools and insights within the Mento community.

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience managing teams and coaching individuals (coaching certification a plus).
• Passion for helping people advance in their careers.
• High emotional IQ and ability to create a safe space for vulnerability.
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop coaching skills.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Ability to dedicate 12+ hours per month to coaching for 24+ months.
