Job Description
Verra Mobility is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their Verra Command Center (VCC) team. This role focuses on quality assurance, ensuring the roadside monitoring and enforcement implementations meet the company's standards. The Operations Analyst will review Red-Light Camera locations, analyze images and videos, and identify issues that may impact implementation and monitoring. They will also write and review validation protocols and technical reports, perform equipment calibration reviews, and investigate quality issues, recommending corrective actions.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing Red-Light Camera locations
- Analyzing images and videos
- Identifying issues impacting implementation and monitoring
- Writing and reviewing validation protocols and technical reports
- Performing equipment calibration reviews
- Investigating VCC quality issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of auditing and quality assurance practices
- Knowledge of analysis techniques and reporting strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
