Interwell Health is seeking a Vice President of Account Management to lead the Account Management function. The VP will report to the Chief Growth Officer and will focus on internal leadership, process excellence, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams, aligning internal stakeholders, and driving execution across departments.Role involves:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Account Management team.
- Driving internal collaboration across operations, clinical, and strategic functions.
- Implementing and refining internal operational processes.
- Developing and executing strategies for contract renewals and partner expansion.
- Monitoring and refining internal metrics and feedback systems.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or partnership management.
- 5+ years in leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
- Deep understanding of value-based care.
- Proven analytical skills.
