Job Description
Interwell Health is seeking a Vice President of Account Management to lead the Account Management function. The VP will report to the Chief Growth Officer and will focus on internal leadership, process excellence, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams, aligning internal stakeholders, and driving execution across departments.Role involves:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Account Management team.
  • Driving internal collaboration across operations, clinical, and strategic functions.
  • Implementing and refining internal operational processes.
  • Developing and executing strategies for contract renewals and partner expansion.
  • Monitoring and refining internal metrics and feedback systems.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or partnership management.
  • 5+ years in leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of value-based care.
  • Proven analytical skills.
