Director of Product

Job Description

Interwell Health, a kidney care management company, is seeking a Director of Product to lead its product management team. The Director will drive product strategy and roadmap across key business areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. This role involves leading a team, owning the product lifecycle, gathering insights, managing the product roadmap, analyzing market trends, and monitoring KPIs.

• Leading and mentoring a team of product managers and product owners.
• Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Partnering with stakeholders to gather insights and define requirements.
• Collaborating with design and engineering teams.
• Managing the product roadmap.
• Analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
• Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering digital and service-based products.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing product initiatives with multiple personas in the healthcare industry.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development best practices.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform decisions.
• Experience in SalesForce HealthCloud and integrations with multiple systems is highly preferred.
