Manager, Product Enablement & Training

Job Description

• Designing engaging, learner-centric training content (e.g., learning modules, videos, guides, job aids, workshops) for product launches.
• Collaborating with other subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into accessible and actionable learning materials.
• Developing assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure learning outcomes and content effectiveness.
• Delivering training sessions (virtual and in-person) to diverse audiences, adapting delivery methods to suit different learning styles and business needs, in collaboration with relevant SMEs.
• Managing the end-to-end training lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, facilitation, and post-training support.
• Leading the rollout of training programs for new capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., L&D, HC OpEx, etc.) to identify and support training needs.
• Managing learning management system, training adoption, training environment, and performance support tools.

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable in training best practices. Proven experience with instructional design tools and Learning Management Systems.
• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and performance support tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Knowledgeable in training best practices, clinical terminology and operational workflows/processes.
