Job Description

PhonePe Group is seeking a Data Insights Analyst specializing in Customer Experience (CX) to transform data into actionable insights. The analyst will play a key role in driving customer engagement and business growth. This role requires strong Power BI expertise and the ability to craft data-driven stories to influence strategic decisions.

The Data Insights Analyst will work cross-functionally to identify trends, develop customer-centric strategies, and shape the customer journey using data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CX metrics and methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from customer interactions, surveys, and behavior logs.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards.
  • Craft and present compelling narratives based on insights.
  • Use predictive analytics and statistical models to forecast customer behavior.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in analytics, CX strategy, and Power BI best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a CX, marketing, or customer strategy environment.
  • Advanced Power BI skills.
  • Proficient in SQL, and working knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CX metrics and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
